Our Commitment to Equity

Our mission is to build a world in which every person lives a life full of dignity and meaning. This means focusing our time, energy, and resources on challenges that disproportionately impact people of color and low-income communities. Our passion for our work and our shared sense of responsibility to our community drives everything we do.  We aspire to be a firm that is comprised of people that reflect the communities and clients we serve.

As a team we work towards the following goals:

  • Increase our individual and team awareness and fluency of structural and institutional racism

  • Build our skills and capacity to confront racism in ourselves and our daily work so that we lead with equity as we support clients and our community

  • Actively implement anti-racist practices and expend our time and financial resources in accordance with these
