Consultant Recruiting Process
Recruiting should be transparent, engaging, and inclusive. We designed our process to give candidates a realistic view of our work across the board – the firm, our team, and clients – while also providing a welcoming space for you to showcase your unique skills, experiences, and problem-solving approach.
What to Expect from Our Hiring Process:

2️⃣ First-Round Interview – A virtual conversation to learn more about you and share insights into our work.
3️⃣ Case Study & Analytical Assessment – A collaborative, half-day, in-person session to simulate real project challenges. Our case study interviews replicate the challenges we tackle every day, allowing us to understand your approach to complex problems, critical thinking, and creativity. We are committed to ensuring an equitable process, so if you’re unfamiliar with consulting-style case interviews, let us know—we’re happy to provide resources.
4️⃣ Reference Checks – We connect with your references to understand your strengths and working style.
