Strategic Planning for Dual Enrollment in Education & Healthcare Pathways
In response to post-COVID challenges, the City of Seattle tasked Kinetic West with managing the Downtown Activation Plan. The goal was to create a revitalization strategy for Downtown, including a vision for its future, a 1-3 year action plan, and a community engagement campaign to drive investment and support from stakeholders.
