Why I do this work: I began my career in Institutional Research, and it was there that I discovered an interest in using data and analysis to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes. Although this interest has been a guiding throughline in my career, my perspective has evolved as I have grown professionally and learned about the institutional and systemic barriers that constrain opportunity for so many. I am passionate about taking an equity-based, power-aware approach to research and problem-solving. Overall, I am drawn to opportunities to accelerate strategic, mission-driven efforts and to engage with leaders and organizations that aspire to make positive change in the world.

Where you’ll find me when I’m not consulting: When I'm not consulting, you can likely find me cooking, crafting, or working out.
