CTC foundations have always funded access. Increasingly, they’re also being asked to prove it’s working.

Kinetic West partners with foundations on this work. We bring a cross-sector lens and work directly with educators, employers, and students to understand where the gaps are and what’s driving them.

We also know that no two foundations are alike. Each institution, its staff, local economy, community, and mix of programs and support services is distinct. Therefore, we ground our work in the region and the communities it serves. And because college budgets are tight, we weigh the financial sustainability and effectiveness of every recommendation, so the programs we help build can last.
