Professional Experience: Danielle has supported a wide range of public and philanthropic clients in strategy development, engagement planning, and report development. She brings her background in conflict resolution and dialogue facilitation to her consulting practice – taking a thoughtful approach engagements ranging from qualitative interviews to focus groups to listening sessions. Prior to joining Kinetic West, Danielle worked at a go-to-market consultancy, where she specialized in developing communication assets to support product launches and refreshes. In addition, Danielle has worked on regional, bi-state challenges at the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce where she planned, managed, and executed gatherings that brought together diverse stakeholders. In graduate school, Danielle studied religion and conflict, and she continues to facilitate dialogue and train others in dialogic methods to equip communities with the skills to build trust in the midst of difference.

Why I do this work: I long for a world in which all people and beings can flourish, and I’m energized by digging into complex problems with varied, vibrant, and diverse stakeholders. I was raised in the Pacific Northwest, and after moving all across the country, I came home to stay because of a deep connection to and love for the Coast Salish lands.

Where you’ll find me when I’m not consulting: I’m a classic Seattleite – when I’m not working, you can find me backpacking, hiking, running, or skiing. If I’m not in the mountains, I’m probably at Lincoln Park or in a mound of blankets reading a novel, essay, or collection of poems.
