Professional Experience: Danielle is a Senior Consultant at Kinetic West. She has a professional background in management consulting, community engagement, and dialogue training and facilitation. Prior to joining Kinetic West, Danielle was a Senior Consultant at Spur Reply, where she developed communication strategies for tech product launches. Her previous work also includes engaging the Kansas City business community around important issues such as early learning and economic development. In graduate school, Danielle studied religion and conflict, and she continues to facilitate dialogue and train others in dialogic methods to equip communities with the skills to build trust in the midst of difference.

Why I do this work: I long for a world in which all people and beings can flourish, and I’m energized by digging into complex problems with varied, vibrant, and diverse stakeholders. I was raised in the Pacific Northwest, and after moving all across the country, I came home to stay because of a deep connection to and love for the Coast Salish lands.

Where you’ll find me when I’m not consulting: I’m a classic Seattleite – when I’m not working, you can find me backpacking, hiking, running, or skiing. If I’m not in the mountains, I’m probably at Lincoln Park or in a mound of blankets reading a novel, essay, or collection of poems.
