Professional Experience: Haid brings over two decades of management experience in finance, operations, and human resources. Through her career, she has coached and supported organizations to streamline systems and processes while also improving culture in pursuit of ambitious goals. She began her career in outdoor and experiential education and leadership and has worked in the public and private sectors to support education initiatives across the cradle to career pipeline. She holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA in History and Religious Studies from Colby College.

Why I do this work: I love the behind-the-scenes work of supporting a team and organization to create the enabling conditions to do their best work. Systems and processes are my jam, and I'm always looking for ways to be better in service of a bigger mission. From leading 30-day wilderness trips to managing organizational operations, education, and mission-driven work has been a through line for me, and I feel a deep connection to Kinetic West's values and the work the team does in pursuit of improving lives in our region and nationally.

Where you’ll find me when I’m not consulting: Originally from the South, I moved to Seattle for all the classic PNW experiences. In the winter, you'll find me trying to keep my ski legs and sharing my love for the slopes with my two kids. In the summer, you’ll find us camping, hiking, and enjoying the alpine wilderness. We also enjoy trying all the coffee shops in Seattle and exploring local parks and playgrounds.
