Professional Experience: Melissa is the Director of Operations at Kinetic West and wears many hats within the organization. She brings over 10 years of experience in operational excellence and strategy development. Prior to joining Kinetic West, she was a programmatic advertising director at United Online with a BA in Business Administration in Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Washington.

Why I do this work: Being able to witness things develop and flourish brings me immense joy. It’s my motivation. There is something deep and profoundly fulfilling in being able to help foster and nurture the growth of things I love and find important: my children, my company, and the communities we serve.

Where you’ll find me when I’m not consulting: Eating and hanging out with my family. Find me on a culinary adventure, cultivating my garden and growing things, or near the beach. This Seattle native doesn't feel right if I'm not somewhere near the water.
