As CHOOSE 180 welcomed new executive leadership, the organization paused to set a five-year direction grounded in staff, board, and youth perspectives. Kinetic West, in collaboration with Co-Rippling, designed and facilitated a co-created strategic planning process that supported leadership transition, strengthened internal alignment, and built shared ownership of the organization’s future.

Alaska’s workforce leaders faced a fragmented landscape of promising but disconnected projects. Through statewide convenings facilitated by Kinetic West, stakeholders created a unifying plan, established the Alaska Workforce Alliance, and launched early solutions that are reshaping the state’s workforce future.

Washington Roundtable partnered with Kinetic West to better understand the journeys of students after age 26—both those who complete a credential and those who don’t. Together, we explored what it takes to help more Washingtonians complete postsecondary education and succeed in lifelong careers.
