Advance CTE partnered with Kinetic West to reimagine its national summit—not as a conference, but as a creative lab for the future of Career and Technical Education. The result: a participatory, high-energy experience that united 200+ leaders to co-design the next five-year vision for CTE.

Washington Roundtable partnered with Kinetic West to better understand the journeys of students after age 26—both those who complete a credential and those who don’t. Together, we explored what it takes to help more Washingtonians complete postsecondary education and succeed in lifelong careers.

Washington’s economy is growing faster than the nation’s—but so is the gap in skilled workers. Together with Washington Roundtable, Kinetic West mapped the state’s projected shortfall of nearly 600,000 credentialed workers by 2032 and identified pathways for business, education, and policymakers to close it.
