As CHOOSE 180 welcomed new executive leadership, the organization paused to set a five-year direction grounded in staff, board, and youth perspectives. Kinetic West, in collaboration with Co-Rippling, designed and facilitated a co-created strategic planning process that supported leadership transition, strengthened internal alignment, and built shared ownership of the organization’s future.

Texas leaders are proving that collaboration accelerates apprenticeship development. Kinetic West’s facilitation of a statewide community of practice turned isolated efforts into a coordinated movement with shared tools, strategies, and momentum for the future.

Washington’s economy is growing faster than the nation’s—but so is the gap in skilled workers. Together with Washington Roundtable, Kinetic West mapped the state’s projected shortfall of nearly 600,000 credentialed workers by 2032 and identified pathways for business, education, and policymakers to close it.
